Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 October 2026

1. Who we are

“Daybook Suite” (the “Software”) is published by 手艺人老宋 (the “Publisher”, “we”, “us”), an independent developer. Contact: hi@daybooksuite.com.

2. The Software

The Software consists of three packages distributed together: daybook, daybook-mcp, and daybook-orch. Each package includes its own license file.

3. License to use

The source code is open and also available free of charge; the paid download is optional. A paid download does not change the license terms; it gives you a convenient copy of the Software and, where applicable, access to updates made available to purchasers.

4. Purchases and payment

The current price is US$9.9, one-time, as displayed on the home page. Purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd). Paddle handles payment, invoicing, applicable sales tax/VAT, and related customer support. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

5. Delivery

This is a digital product. After a completed purchase you will receive access to download the Software. There is no physical shipment.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the Software at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Software. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Software.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its “last updated” date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the Publisher’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
