Daybook Suite is a low-priced digital product (US$9.9, one-time). If it is not what you expected, we want to make it right. We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase.
Email hi@daybooksuite.com with the email address you used at checkout (and your order number if you have it). We will arrange the refund through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, and usually takes 5–10 business days after the refund is issued.
Because this is an instantly delivered digital product, we may ask you to confirm you have removed the purchased files before a refund is completed. Nothing here limits any mandatory refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer law of your country of residence.
Commercial licenses are governed by their own agreement. Refund terms for commercial licenses will be stated in that agreement or quote.
